Trust & Experience
What makes BlackWire Co. different from bigger companies?
You work directly with the owner, Maddie, on every job. not a rotating cast of subcontractors or a call center. If there's a problem, she explains it; if there are options, she walks you through them; and if she doesn't know something, she says so and finds the answer.
Does BlackWire Co. use high-pressure sales tactics?
No. We don't believe in high-pressure sales. Our approach is to explain problems clearly, present honest options, and let you decide.
How can I leave a review or see other reviews?
Reviews can be found (and left) via the "Reviews" section of the homepage and on our Facebook page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we accept cash, and check. For specific payment methods and any financing options, contact us directly, as this may be updated over time. Financing conversations can also be discussed for larger jobs.
Do prices include materials?
Pricing generally reflects labor for the described scope of work; larger installs (e.g. panel replacements) generally include standard materials for that job. Customer-supplied materials like a fan or fixture you already purchased are factored in, so you'll see lower pricing on jobs where you supply the equipment compared to "furnish and install" jobs where we supply it.
